Community Volunteer Training

Community Volunteer Training – Saturday, April 2nd

Please join us for a free day of workshops and conversations for volunteers who support English language learners and adult basic education students in the greater King County region. The training will be held at the Seattle Goodwill Job Training & Education Center from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This is a great opportunity to learn and network with fellow volunteers. A box lunch is available for $10, or volunteers may bring their own lunch.

These free workshops are presented through a partnership by King County Library System, Literacy Council of Seattle, Literacy Source, Seattle Goodwill Industries, The Seattle Public Library, and The Seattle Public Library Foundation.

Detailed workshop information and registration is available at

Please contact Ingrid Hartsock at Seattle Goodwill with questions. (206) 860-5732
