May 10-12, 2017

Victoria, BC, Delta Ocean Pointe Inn

A key ingredient for the creation of healthy, safe and resilient communities is the engagement and participation of its citizens. Volunteers are the heart and soul of a community and behind every successful, efficient and effective volunteer initiative is a trained volunteer management professional.

The Annual Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada conference attracts professionals in the field of volunteer management from every corner of the country. Delegates represent healthcare, crime prevention, education. Social services, arts and culture, and recreational organizations within the voluntary sector. Conference will give 200 attendees the opportunity to come together to participate in learning and development that will both empower and transform them to engage volunteers for the benefit of their communities.
