Volunteer Appreciation Event Ideas

volunteer thanks

Our next professional gathering will be at the Seattle Goodwill, 700 Dearborn Pl. S., just off of Rainier and Dearborn on Thursday, April 20 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Bring your own sack lunch and enjoy a lively discussion on Volunteer Appreciation.  We will cover  large appreciation events, volunteer appreciation week and day to day appreciation, etc. There will also be an activity to get everyone’s creative juices flowing in regards to incorporating appreciation in their day-to-day work with volunteers, plus a brainstorming activity on understanding the different ways people prefer appreciation.  You can rsvp to Ingrid at Ingrid.Hartsock@seattlegoodwill.org

You can also find lots of ideas at Energize at https://www.energizeinc.com/hot-topics/2005/may .

See you there!
